Dru Fit will be happy to exchange item(s) if certain criteria are met. Please see the Returns section for details.
Dru Fit will only accept exchanges as long as the following criteria have been met:
- Items must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date the shipment was received.
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- Exchanges will only be granted if the items are received defective or damaged.
- No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to customer error.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International exchanges are not offered at this time.
Please consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance when returning material for an exchange. Dru Fit is not responsible for material that is lost or stolen in transit.
